Our star of the show. Both fire kitchen and fire pit the Duomo is made for the true gaucho experience. Included are two removable grills and a removable plancha (griddle) allowing for a huge variety of dishes, all cooked at different temperatures and timings while the asado cross (which can be set in three positions) is perfect for the aspiring Francis Mallman cooking ribs or a whole lamb. The central, movable brasero means the fire never runs out (a cardinal sin in Argentina) allowing a constant supply of hot embers to drop through onto the fire pit. Once the cooking is finished the Duomo makes for a great central fire pit as evening draws in and the temperature drops.

Unless stored undercover after use, please note that outer layer of the barbecues will begin to oxidise as they are made of steel. This will not affect their use or durability and will only enhance the outdoor cooking experience.
